Exceptions sustained and motion for new trial granted, with costs to defendant to abide event, unless plaintiff stipulates to reduce verdict to $243.89, in which event exceptions overruled and judgment ordered for plaintiff on the verdict, without costs. Order reversed and new trial ordered unless the foregoing stipulation be given, in which event order affirmed, without costs. No opinion.
