Upon due consideration of petitioner's Reply to Response to Objection to Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction, As Supplemented, filed February 22, 2024, it is
ORDERED that, on or before April 3, 2024, petitioner shall file a supplement to her above-referenced Reply. In that supplement, petitioner shall set forth and discuss fully (1) what steps, if any, petitioner took before September 13, 2021, to notify the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) of petitioner's change of address from her Campo, California address to her new Idaho address, and (2) whether or not petitioner before September 13, 2021, submitted a notice of change of address to the U.S. Postal Service with respect to petitioner's new Idaho address. Petitioner also shall attach to her supplement copies of (a) all documents on which petitioner relies to establish that she notified the IRS before September 13, 2021, of her change of address to the Idaho address, and (b) all documents on which petitioner relies to establish that she submitted a notice of change of address to the U.S. Postal Service with respect to her new Idaho address before September 13, 2021.
