ORDER

These cases are currently calendared on the Court's October 18, 2021, Atlanta, Georgia, remote trial session, with a trial set for a date and time certain of Wednesday, October 20, 2021, at 9:30 a.m. (Eastern time).

On October 8, 2021, the Commissioner filed a status report in which he indicated that the parties have reached a basis for settlement of all issues. We will give the parties time to file stipulated decision documents. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that these cases are stricken from the Court's October 18, 2021, Atlanta, Georgia, remote trial session. The parties no longer need to appear for trial on October 20, 2021. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of these cases is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before December 13, 2021, the parties shall file stipulated decision documents or a joint status report (or separate reports if that is more expedient) as to the then-present status.
