These cases are currently calendared on the Court's Atlanta, Georgia, remote trial session, which is scheduled to begin October 18, 2021. On September 30, 2021, the Court held a pretrial conference call with the counsel for respondent and petitioner Paul Perkerson. In light of the discussion, it is

ORDERED that these cases at Docket Nos. 15991-13 and 1431-20 are consolidated for purposes of trial, briefing, and opinion. It is further

ORDERED that these cases are calendared for trial (to be conducted remotely) at a date and time certain on Wednesday, October 20, 2021, at 9:30 a.m. (Eastern time), during the October 18, 2021, Atlanta, Georgia trial session. The parties are excused from appearing at the calendar call of this session commencing at 10:00 a.m., on October 18, 2021. It is further
