Opinion
May 14, 1985.
The judgment which was entered in the third-party action on May 31, 1984, is reversed. The case is to stand (a) for a determination of the damages (in addition to the amount of the judgment in favor of the original plaintiff, which has already been paid) sustained by the third-party plaintiff by reason of the third-party defendant's failure to honor its obligations under art. XVIII of the general conditions of the electrical subcontract, and (b) for the entry of judgment in favor of the third-party plaintiff.
