Kluger Peretz Kaplan Berlin, and Alan J. Kluger, and Jason R. Marks, and Michael T. Landen; and Elser Foster-Morales Kopco, for petitioner.

Barranco Kircher Vogelsang, and Beth Vogelsang; and Kimberly Boldt, for respondent.

Before SCHWARTZ, C.J., GERSTEN and WELLS, JJ.


We grant the writ of prohibition and quash the order of the trial court appointing a special master without the consent of the parties. See Fla. Fam. L.R.P. 12.492(b) (2003). We also direct the trial court to hear all matters concerning this case. Any rulings of the special master are hereby vacated.

Prohibition granted.
