The reporter's record was originally due November 11, 2024. We granted court reporter Maria Gallegos's first request for an extension of time to file the reporter's record and ordered the reporter's record due by December 12, 2024. On that day, Ms. Gallegos filed a second notification of late record requesting an additional 30-day extension of time. After consideration, we GRANT the request and ORDER Ms. Gallegos to file her volumes of the reporter's record by January 13, 2025.
