In accordance with the opinion and judgment of the Supreme Court of Florida, 375 So.2d 570 in the above styled cause filed September 6, 1979, it is ordered that the order of this court dated June 17, 1977 awarding attorney fees is vacated and set aside. Costs allowed shall be taxed in the trial court (Rule 9.400[a] Florida Rules Appellate Procedure).
