Upon due consideration of respondent's motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction, filed September 3, 2021, and respondent's motion to dismiss for failure to properly prosecute, filed September 7, 2021, it is
ORDERED that respondent's above-referenced motions are set for remote hearing at the calendar call of the Court's remote Denver, Colorado trial session on September 27, 2021, at 10:00 AM (MT).
