This case was called from the calendar on February 6, 2023, at the Court's Chicago, Illinois trial session. Petitioner Axel Perez appeared pro se and counsel for respondent Aaron Cook appeared and the parties were heard. The parties informed the Court that a basis of settlement had been reached. Based on the representations of the parties that a basis of settlement had been reached, the Court ordered a proposed stipulated decision be filed on or before April 7, 2023. Despite continued status reports from the parties, to date no proposed stipulated decision has been filed with the Court by the parties herein.

On December 8, 2023, respondent filed a Motion for Entry of Decision, requesting that the Court enter a decision consistent with the agreement of the parties reached on the record in open Court on February 6, 2023. Respondent also attached as an Exhibit, a proposed decision document with the Motion for Entry of Decision.

Considering the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that on or before January 19, 2024, petitioner shall file a response to respondent's Motion for Entry of Decision.
