This case is calendared for trial at the Trial Session of the Court scheduled to commence on February 27, 2023, in Los Angeles, California.

On February 6, 2023, respondent filed with the Court a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution. By Order served on the parties on February 10, 2023, the Court ordered petitioners to show cause in writing, on or before February 27, 2023, why this case should not be dismissed for lack of prosecution. On February 22, 2023, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision that resolves all issues in this case.

Upon due consideration, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the Court's Order to Show Cause, served on the parties on February 10, 2023, is hereby discharged. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution, filed with the Court on February 6, 2023, is denied as moot.
