This case is currently calendared for a remote proceeding on February 27, 2023. On February 6, 2023, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Failure to Properly Prosecute. By Order served on the parties on February 7, 2023, the Court ordered petitioner to show cause in writing, on or before February 17, 2023, why this case should not be dismissed for failure to properly prosecute. On February 22, 2023, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision that resolves all issues in this case. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that the Court's Order to Show Cause, served on the parties on February 7, 2023, is discharged. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Failure to Properly Prosecute, filed February 6, 2023, is denied as moot.
