Upon due consideration of the Letter filed September 27, 2022, and the notice attached to the petition filed August 19, 2022, it is

ORDERED that the Letter is hereby recharacterized as a Motion to Amend Caption. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before November 8, 2022, Armando Perez shall file a supplement to the motion, attaching thereto a ratification of petition. The Clerk of the Court shall attach a form which he may use to comply with this Order. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before November 8, 2022, petitioner Christina Perez and respondent's counsel shall file objections, if any, to the above-described motion.
