ORDER

Eunkyong Choi Special Trial Judge

This case is currently calendared for trial at the Court's Atlanta, Georgia trial session, which is scheduled to begin September 26, 2022. On September 14, 2022, respondent filed a Status Report with the Court indicating that respondent's counsel only recently learned that petitioners do not speak English and will require a Spanish translator. Respondent is attempting to secure a Spanish translator and respectfully request that the Court allow the parties additional time to obtain a Spanish translator in an attempt to resolve this case and order status reports in 90 days.

Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before December 13, 2022, the parties shall submit to the Court either a stipulated decision or file a joint report (or separate reports, if preferred) regarding the then-present status of this case. It is further

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the above-referenced calendar, and the parties are excused from appearing at calendar call. It is further

ORDERED that this case is continued. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned.
