Maurice B. Foley Chief Judge

Upon due consideration of respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction as to Notice of Deficiency and to Strike as to Notice of Deficiency, filed August 18, 2021, it is

ORDERED that, on or before October 6, 2021, petitioners shall file an Objection, if any, to respondent's above-described motion and therein state the reason for their objection. Failure to file an objection may result in the granting of respondent's motion and dismissal of so much of this case relating to a notice of deficiency.
