ORDER
The reporter's record in this appeal was due October 24, 2013. On that date, court reporters Jessica Ramirez and Sonia G. Trevino filed motions for an extension of time to file the record.
On October 28, 2013, the trial court clerk filed a notification of late record, stating that appellant had requested a supplemental clerk's record, but had not paid the clerk's fee or made arrangements to pay the fee for preparing the record.
On November 7, 2013, we abated the appellate deadlines, and therefore we did not rule on the reporters' or clerk's motions.
We now order the appellate deadlines reinstated.
We grant the court reporters' motions and order the reporter's record due January 10, 2014.
We order appellant to file written proof in this court by December 18, 2013 showing the clerk's fee has been paid or arrangements satisfactory to the clerk have been made to pay the fee.
