ORDER GRANTING UNOPPOSED MOTION TO EXTEND TIME FOR PETITIONER'S RESPONSE TO STATUS REPORT


THIS MATTER comes before the Court upon the unopposed motion of the Petitioner, represented by Assistant Federal Public Defender, Jay W. Stansell.

The Court, having reviewed the motion, the affidavit of Jay W. Stansell in support of the motion, and the records and files herein, and considered the respondents' non-opposition to said motion,

HEREBY finds that good cause exists to allow Petitioner additional time to file a Response to the Status Report and hereby GRANTS the motion for such an extension.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:

Petitioner's Response to the Status Report is hereby ordered to be filed with the court on or before January 17, 2003.

The clerk is directed to send copies of this order to all counsel of record.

SO ORDERED this 13th day of January, 2003.
