A copy of this opinion shall be filed with the trial court and be treated as the notice of appeal of the March 22, 2013, order granting a motion for rehearing and denying a motion to withdraw plea filed pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850, in Case No. 48–2005–CF–4582–O, in the Circuit Court in and for Orange County, Florida. SeeFla. R.App. P. 9.141(c)(6)(D).
