This case is currently calendared for trial at the Court's Peoria, Illinois trial session, which is scheduled to begin March 16, 2023. On February 17, 2023, respondent filed a Status Report with the Court indicating that respondent was conceding the case in full however they are unable to contact petitioner.

Upon due consideration, it is hereby
