Action to recover under a promissory note executed by the named defendant, and for other relief, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Fairfield, where the court, Licari, J., granted the plaintiff's application for a prejudgment real estate attachment; thereafter, the court, Melville, J., granted the defendant Elda Garrido's motion to dissolve the attachment, and the plaintiff appealed to this court. No error.

Douglas A. Strauss, Thomas W. Witherington and James P. Maker filed a brief for the appellant (plaintiff).

Gerald T. Wiener and Judith A. Mauzaka filed a brief for the appellee (defendant Elda Garrido).
