ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge.

Pending before the Court in this collection due process case is respondent's Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings, filed June 5, 2024. On June 28, 2024, petitioner filed an Objection to Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that, on or before December 9, 2024, the parties shall file a joint report detailing the then-present status of this case. The parties shall attach thereto a current certificate of assessment with respect to petitioner's Form 941 tax liability for the quarter ending December 31, 2021. It is further

ORDERED that action on respondent's above-referenced Motion shall be held in abeyance pending further direction by the Court.
