Judgment of conviction of the Court of Special Sessions of the City of New York, Borough of Brooklyn, reversed on the law and the facts, information dismissed and bail exonerated, upon the ground that the People failed to establish the guilt of the defendant. Young, Kapper, Hagarty and Carswell, JJ., concur; Davis, J., dissents.
