Judgment of the Court of Special Sessions of the City of New York, Borough of Brooklyn [County of Kings], convicting defendant of the crime of violating section 139 of the Sanitary Code of the City of New York (having, selling and offering for sale adulterated food), unanimously affirmed. No opinion.
