Motion for access to sealed record granted

Appellant's “Application to Unseal Portions of Sealed Record,” filed on May 8, 2018, is granted. The Clerk is directed to unseal, make part of the public record, and provide to Respondent a copy of: (1) Clerk's Transcript on Appeal, pages 979-1002; (2) Clerk's Transcript on Appeal, pages 1556-1558 and 1563-1579; (3) Clerk's Transcript on Appeal, pages 6924-6929; and (4) Clerk's Transcript on Appeal, pages 7909-7933.

Appellant's “Application for Permission to Submit with Appellant's Opening Brief Photographic Copies of Oversized Exhibits on a DVD,” filed on May 8, 2018, is granted. When appellant files the appellant's opening brief, appellant may at the same time serve and file a DVD of photographs of trial exhibits that otherwise complies with rules 8.630(a) and 8.204(d) of the California Rules of Court.
