The PEOPLE of the State of New York, Respondent, v. Josh A. ZAMFINO, Appellant.


Appeal from a judgment of the Justice Court of the Village of Mamaroneck, Westchester County (Daniel J. Gallagher, J.), rendered January 21, 2009. The judgment convicted defendant, after a nonjury trial, of speeding.
Present NICOLAI, P.J., IANNACCI and LaSALLE, JJ.

ORDERED that the judgment of conviction is affirmed.

We have reviewed the record and agree with defendant's assigned counsel that there are no nonfrivolous issues which could be raised on appeal. Counsel's application for leave to withdraw as counsel is granted ( see Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738 [1967];People v.. Blasi, 76 AD3d 550 [2010];People v. Paige, 54 A.D.2d 631 [1976];cf. People v. Gonzalez, 47 N.Y.2d 606 [1979] ).
