Disposition of Petitions for Leave to Appeal Denied with order.

In the exercise of this court's supervisory authority, the Appellate Court, Third District, is directed to supplement its judgment in People v. Young, No. 3-03-0820 (February 16, 2005). The appellate court is directed to set the issue of waiver aside, and supplement its judgment with consideration of the merits of defendant's claim that he was denied due process and a fair trial by the inclusion of a non-Illinois resident on his jury panel.
