Motion by appellant for summary reversal of judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered January 6, 1965. Motion granted to the following extent and otherwise denied: The judgment is reversed only as to the sentence and the action is remanded to the trial court for the purpose of sentencing defendant on his plea of guilty of manslaughter in the first degree. Beldock, P.J., Rabin, Benjamin, Munder and Nolan, JJ., concur.
