Defendant sought to appeal from an order denying his motion to dismiss an indictment. The order is not appealable at this time, but would be subject to review on an appeal from the judgment of conviction. Appeal dismissed. Hill, P.J., Bliss, Heffernan, Schenck and Foster, JJ., concur.
