THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, APPELLANT, v. JONATHAN H. YOUNG, DEFENDANT-RESPONDENT.


PRESENT:

Respondent having moved for an extension of time to file and serve a brief on the appeal taken herein from a decision and order of the Chautauqua County Court, entered February 8, 2019, and for other relief,

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the time to file and serve a brief is extended to September 30, 2019, and

It is further ORDERED that poor person status is granted and Susan C. Ministero, Esq., of the Legal Aid Bureau of Buffalo, Inc., is substituted as counsel to perfect the appeal.
