Motion by respondent for leave to file late opposition papers to appellant's motion on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the City Court of Middletown, Orange County, rendered July 21, 2022.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and respondent shall serve and file the opposition papers on or before June 6, 2024; and it is further, ORDERED that appellant may, if it be so advised, file reply papers within seven days of service of the opposition papers upon her.
