The People of the State of New York, v. Yesenia Ulerio, 4091N/02 Defendant.


A judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, having been rendered on or about July 12, 1994, And, an order of this Court having been entered January 5, 2011 (M-4815) denying defendant leave to appeal to this Court from an order, same Court, which denied defendant's motion to vacate the July 12, 1994 judgment of conviction, pursuant to CPL 440.10, And, defendant-appellant having moved, in the nature of a writ of error coram nobis, for a review of his claim of ineffective assistance of trial counsel, and for related relief, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the application is denied.
