ORDER MODIFYING OPINION [NO CHANGE IN JUDGMENT]

THE COURT:

It is ordered that the opinion filed herein on April 18, 2007, be modified as follows:

1. In the second line of the first paragraph under the heading “Procedural History” on page 2, change “Medrano” to “Romero.”

2. In the citation to People v. Andrews which begins on the second line of the second paragraph on page 15, strike “, disapproved on another ground by People v. Trevino (2001) 26 Cal.4th 237, 243-244.

3. In the third line of the first paragraph under heading number 10 on page 30, change “concurrent or concurrent” to “concurrent or consecutive.”

The modification does not change the judgment.
