Judgment of the Court of Special Sessions of the City of New York, Borough of Queens, convicting defendant of a violation of section 421 of the Penal Law, reversed on the facts, the information dismissed, and the fine remitted. The proof fails to establish beyond a reasonable doubt the guilt of defendant of the crime charged in the information. Hagarty, Acting P.J., Carswell, Johnston, Adel and Sneed, JJ., concur.
