People v. Wright

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, First Department
Apr 8, 1999
260 A.D.2d 192 (N.Y. App. Div. 1999)

Opinion

April 8, 1999

Appeal from the Supreme Court, New York County (Budd Goodman, J.).

Defendant's guilty plea forecloses appellate review of his selective prosecution claim (People v. Rodriguez, 79 A.D.2d 539, affd 55 N.Y.2d 776), which is without merit in any event.

Concur — Ellerin, P. J., Sullivan, Wallach and Rubin, JJ.
