71 A.D.2d 663 (N.Y. App. Div. 1979)

Opinion

Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered September 15, 1977, convicting him of five counts of robbery in the first degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence. Judgment affirmed. The errors claimed are harmless in light of the overwhelming proof of defendant's guilt (see People v. Crimmins, 36 N.Y.2d 230). O'Connor, J.P., Lazer, Gulotta and Mangano, JJ., concur.
