People v. Wright

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Second Department
Apr 20, 1987
129 A.D.2d 755 (N.Y. App. Div. 1987)

Opinion

April 20, 1987

Appeal from the County Court, Suffolk County (Vaughn, J.).

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

The defendant pleaded guilty with the understanding that he would receive the sentence thereafter actually imposed (see, People v Kazepis, 101 A.D.2d 816). Moreover, the sentence imposed was not excessive (see, People v Suitte, 90 A.D.2d 80). Mollen, P.J., Brown, Weinstein, Eiber and Harwood, JJ., concur.
