ORDER

On order of the Court, the motion for immediate consideration is GRANTED to the extent it requests expedited consideration of the defendant's application, and is DENIED in all other respects. The application for leave to appeal the June 20, 2024 order of the Court of Appeals is considered, and it is DENIED, because the defendant has failed to meet the burden of establishing entitlement to relief under MCR 6.508(D). The motions to conduct a Remmer hearing, for an evidentiary hearing and expansion of record, and to compel discovery are DENIED.
