Motion by respondent on an appeal from an order of the District Court of Nassau County, First District, entered July 17, 2021, for the assignment of counsel, and for an extension of time to serve and file a respondent's brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted and Thomas R. Villecco, Esq., is assigned as counsel; and it is further

ORDERED that respondent may serve and file a respondent's brief on or before January 24, 2022; and it is further

ORDERED that appellant may, if it be so advised, serve and file a reply brief within 7 days of service upon it of respondent's brief.
