Attorney Regulation.

The Presiding Disciplinary Judge approved a Conditional Admission of Misconduct submitted by the parties and suspended Respondent Sandra L. Wright (Attorney Registration No. 33457) from the practice of law for a period of six months; all stayed upon the successful completion of a one-year period of probation, with conditions, effective November 19, 2006. Respondent sued a kitchen design company for breach of contract and a jury found in favor of the kitchen design company. The jury awarded monetary damages to the kitchen design company who subsequently issued Rule 69 interrogatories to Respondent. In her responses, Respondent did not completely identify the lien holders on vehicles transferred to her trust, but provided the information in a subsequent disclosure. Respondent's misconduct constituted grounds for the imposition of discipline pursuant to C.R.C.P. 251.5 and violated Colo. RPC 3.4(d).
