The People of the State of New York, Respondent, CONFIDENTIAL v. Shawn Woodward, Defendant-Appellant.


Defendant-appellant, pro se, having moved in the nature of a writ of error coram nobis, for a review of his claim he was denied effective assistance of counsel by reason of trial counsel's failure to file a timely notice of appeal on defendant's behalf from a judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, rendered on or about November 8, 2000, and from a judgment of resentence of same Court, rendered on or about April 17, 2012, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied.
