DEFENDANT-APPELLANT'S MOTION TO EXTEND TIME FOR FILING OF COURT REPORTERS CERTIFICATE OF ORDERING

1. Claim of appeal was filed 2/23/23.

2. There are several different court reporters for proceedings in the lower court over a period ranging from 7/18/19 to 1/6/23.

3. Counsel has been in contact with court reporting services in the Frank Murphy Hall of Justice in attempts to secure the Notice of Ordering filing ("stenographer's certificate") for each reporter, which efforts are still in progress.

4. More time is required to obtain the stenographer's certificate.

WHEREFORE, counsel for defendant-appellant requests this Court to allow an additional 30 days for the court reporters to file their respective stenographer's certificates.
