ORDER MODIFYING OPINION

O’LEARY, J.

It is ordered that the opinion filed herein on May 20, 2011, be modified in the following particulars:

1. On page 13, the following sentence is added after the last sentence of the last paragraph:

“Thus, based on the entire record, there is sufficient evidence supporting Woods’s conviction under both the federal and state constitutional due process clauses. (Jackson v. Virginia (1979) 443 U.S. 307, 318-319; People v. Johnson (1980) 26 Cal.3d 557, 576-577.)”

This modification does not effect a change in judgment.

The petition for rehearing is DENIED.
