ORDER
Christopher M. Murray, Chief Judge, acting under MCR 7.203(F)(1), orders:
The motion to waive the filing fees is GRANTED for this case only.
The delayed application for leave to appeal from the January 15, 2021 order is DISMISSED for lack of jurisdiction because appellant failed to file the application within the time period required by MCR 7.205(A)(2).
The motion to reinstate appeal is DENIED.
