OPINION

THE COURT.

It is ordered that the opinion on rehearing filed herein on July 8, 2002 (99 Cal.App.4th 1303; 122 Cal.Rptr.2d 171), be modified as follows:

On page 13, the third sentence of the first paragraph beginning "There the court reviewed" [99 Cal.App.4th 1308, advance report, 2d par., line 4] is deleted and the following sentence is inserted in its place:

Crane reviewed a Kansas Supreme Court decision holding the Constitution requires an SVP commitment be based on proof a person lacks complete control.

There is no change in judgment.

Appellant's petition for rehearing is denied.
