Judgment of conviction affirmed. All concur. (The judgment convicts defendants of the crimes of fraudulently presenting bills and claims to public officers in violation of section 1872 of the Penal Law and obtaining proceeds of a fraudulent audit in violation of section 1864 of the Penal Law.)
