DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Motion by appellant for leave to reargue an appeal from five judgments of conviction of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, Queens County, rendered April 30, 2013, which was determined by decision and order of this court dated September 17, 2015 (49 Misc 3d 135[A], 2015 NY Slip Op 51473[U]).
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and, upon reargument, the decision and order of this court dated September 17, 2015 (49 Misc 3d 135[A], 2015 NY Slip Op 51473[U]) are recalled and vacated and a new decision and order substituted therefor (see appeal No. 2013-1202 Q CR).
