The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v. Tyrone Winston, Defendant-Appellant.


Defendant-appellant having moved for permission to file a pro se supplemental brief on the appeal taken from the judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, rendered on or about July 21, 2016, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of directing the defendant-appellant to serve one copy upon the District Attorney of said Court and file an original and five hard copies (22 NYCRR 1250.9) of his pro se supplemental brief for the April 2019 Term, to which term the appeal is adjourned. The Clerk of the court is directed to forward the transcript of the proceedings to defendant-appellant at his place of incarceration and to advise the defendant-appellant that the appeal will not be heard until the minutes are returned to the Clerk's Office of this Court.
