People v. Winfield

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Second Department
Jul 9, 1990
163 A.D.2d 442 (N.Y. App. Div. 1990)

Opinion

July 9, 1990

Appeal from the County Court, Dutchess County (King, J.).

Ordered that the sentence is affirmed.

The defendant's contention that his sentence constituted cruel and inhuman punishment is unpreserved for appellate review (see, People v. Ingram, 67 N.Y.2d 897, 899), and is, in any event, without merit. Bracken, J.P., Lawrence, Eiber, Harwood and Rosenblatt, JJ., concur.
