THE PEOPLE, Plaintiff and Respondent, v. VICTOR WORNER WILSON, JR., Defendant and Appellant.

NOT TO BE PUBLISHED

Pursuant to a negotiated disposition, appellant Victor Worner Wilson, Jr. entered a no contest plea to possession of methamphetamine for sale (Health & Saf. Code, § 11378) and admitted that he was armed with a firearm in the commission of the offense (Pen. Code, § 12022, subd. (c)). Other counts and enhancements were dismissed and appellant was granted probation on certain terms and conditions.

Counsel for appellant has filed an opening brief raising no issues and asking this court for an independent review of the record pursuant to People v. Wende (1979) 25 Cal.3d 436. We have conducted the requested review and conclude that there are no arguable issues.

Appellant was represented throughout the proceedings by counsel. The trial court found that appellant consented to a search of his vehicle following a lawful traffic stop and the court properly denied appellants motion to suppress evidence. Appellants no contest plea was validly entered and he received the bargained-for sentence.

Judgment affirmed.

We concur:

Sepulveda, J.

Rivera, J.
