Appellant's “Application for Permission to File a Supplemental Letter Brief in Support of Mr. Wilson's Motion for a Limited Remand,” filed on May 17, 2024, is granted. The Clerk is directed to file the letter brief submitted with the application. Respondent's supplemental response letter, if any, and any letters by amici, shall be served and filed on or before 3:00 p.m. on May 30, 2024.
